🏠 100% Work-From-Home Setup 👨🏫 Licensed Professional Teachers Preferred ♟️ Chess Background Preferred 🎓 Fresh Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply
If you are passionate about teaching, enjoy working with children, and want to be part of an academy dedicated to developing young minds, we would love to hear from you.
Join a team that is helping students grow in chess, critical thinking, discipline, and character.
Thinking Ahead. Building Character
Chess Learning Academy is growing, and we are hiring three full-time coaches to shape young minds through chess. This is a chance to become a chess coach for online chess classes for kids, guiding learners from their very first moves.
What the Role Looks Like
This is a fully remote position, so coaches can work from home while reaching students anywhere. We value licensed professional teachers, but a strong chess background matters just as much, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Who We're Hiring
The best fit is someone who enjoys teaching children and understands that chess is about more than moves. Our coaches help students build critical thinking, discipline, and character alongside their chess skills through structured chess training for children. Patience and warmth go a long way.
Why Join Chess Learning Academy
You would be joining a team with a clear mission: helping students grow in chess and in life through youth chess development. If you love the game and love seeing young learners improve, this is a place where that passion has real impact.
Working from home does not mean working alone. Our coaches connect regularly, share teaching ideas, and support one another as the academy grows. You get the flexibility of a remote role with the structure of a real team.
The students themselves are the best part. Many are curious, eager, and full of energy. Guiding them from their first moves to their first tournament is rewarding work, and it is the reason so many of our coaches stay and grow with us. Even a handful of students improving week over week makes the work feel meaningful.
If teaching chess and helping children grow excites you, apply through the form above — we would love to hear from you.
